.dec File Decrypter A file decrypter will decrypt a file. File decrypters can only decrypt files that were encrypted by a valid encrypter. Currently, file decrypters go up to level 4.5.
So that means: a File Encrypter (.dec) file can "unlock" files with a code. With a DEcryptor you can try to crack that code and open the encrypted file.
